1. INVITATION
The Malopolska Chess Association, the Polish Chess Federation and the Community of Krakow have the honour to invite all the National Chess Federations-members of FIDE around the world to take part in the 82nd World Chess Federation Congress organized in Krakow, Poland from 15th (arrival) to 22nd of October 2011 (departure).

4. REGISTRATION – deadline 30th SEPTEMBER 2011
Every delegate, Executive Board member and Commission Chairperson/Member, and every accompanying person has to pay to the Organizing Committee the amount of 120 EUR at the moment of their registration (by Friday 30th September, 2011). This payment is obligatory for all and its prepayment represents a confirmation for their participation in the Congress. The Congress fee 120 EUR includes a registration badge, a congress kit, congress coffee breaks, ceremonies, excursions, the opera and the transportation from the Airport Krakow-Balice to the Galaxy Hotel (15th October) with return on the departure day (22nd October). The transportation will be available on the other dates upon the request. An identity photo (jpg, 2x3 cm), the registration forms and requests for visas must be filled and returned not later than 10th September, 2011 to the following email: jkusina@mzszach.l.pl
5. BOOKINGS - REGISTRATION – deadline 30th SEPTEMBER, 2011Hotel bookings for FIDE Congress are possible only through the following procedure: At the time of registration by Friday 30th September, 2011 the amount of 120 EUR (Congress fee) plus 50% of the total accommodation cost must be transferred, free of bank charges, to the following bank account of the Organizing Committee for each participant or accompanying person. Balance of payment must be made the latest on arrival.
6. VISAS
All participants applying for a visa must sent the copy of the passport (the pages with the photograph and main data) before 10th September, 2011 to the Organizer. The Organizer will give full support to assist participants to receive entry visas and to speed up the procedure in Embassies and Consulates of Poland. Deadline: 10th September, 2011.
7. PAYMENTS
All payments (hotel, Congress fee) made in EUR shall be transferred to the bank account of the organizer. The foreign bank commissions must be paid by the sender.

The participants will stay in 4 stars hotels: Galaxy (22 a Gesia st.).
In the hotel there is a free wireless connection in the rooms and in the lobby for all participants. The accommodation charges must be paid in advance. The payment must be done in EUR.
Every person shall pay:

The price includes an accommodation plus breakfasts and dinners per day starting on 15th October (dinner) till 22nd October (breakfast), 2011.
9. TRAVELAccording to FIDE regulations, the participating Federations shall cover the travel expenses of all persons. All participants should confirm the date and hour of the arrival in Krakow before 1st October, 2011.
